1. Introduction
Welcome to Ali Movers. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Ali Movers provides residential and commercial services, including:
- Local and long-distance moving
- Packing and unpacking services
- Loading and unloading
- Storage solutions (short-term and long-term)
- Logistics and transportation services
All services are subject to availability, location, and operational constraints.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the details provided by the client (e.g., volume, distance, service type).
- Final charges may vary after physical inspection or changes in requirements.
- Additional services not included in the original quote will be charged separately.
- Prices may change due to fuel costs, labor, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Booking & Payments
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Full or partial payment must be made as per the agreed terms.
- Delays or failure in payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate details of items to be moved or stored
- Properly declare fragile, valuable, or hazardous items
- Ensure access to the pickup and delivery locations
- Be present (or have a representative) during loading and unloading
Ali Movers is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
6. Packing & Handling
- We take reasonable care in packing and handling items.
- If clients choose to pack items themselves, Ali Movers is not liable for any damage caused due to improper packing.
- Special items (glass, electronics, antiques) must be declared in advance for proper handling.
7. Storage Terms
- Stored items must be properly documented and listed.
- Storage fees must be paid in advance as agreed.
- Ali Movers reserves the right to withhold or dispose of items in case of prolonged non-payment, subject to applicable laws.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations may incur charges.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
9. Liability & Insurance
- Ali Movers exercises reasonable care but is not liable for:
- Minor scratches, dents, or wear during transit
- Damage caused by improper packing by the client
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Insurance (if offered) must be requested in advance and may involve additional charges.
10. Restricted Items
Clients must not include:
- Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
- Illegal items
- Perishable goods without prior agreement
Ali Movers reserves the right to refuse such items.
11. Delays
While we aim to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Mechanical issues
- Government restrictions
We are not liable for losses due to such delays.
12. Damage Claims
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims will be assessed, and resolution will be provided as per company policy.
13. Safety
- Clients must ensure safe and accessible working conditions.
- Ali Movers may refuse service if the environment poses safety risks.
14. Privacy
Client information will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes, unless required by law.
15. Changes to Terms
Ali Movers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
